Crabs, DJs, Nails.

Aaron's friend from the academy invited us over to his parents house for crab.
It was my first time trying fresh Maryland crab.
It was pretty good!
I did okay digging out the crab meat until Aaron said, "Make sure you clean out the guts and brains." I just about gagged. Then, Angela said, "You ate Sebastian."

I guess the real test is if I'll eat it again next time. ha ha...

Here's Aaron's action shot at the Youth Conference dance.
He was the star of the night and all the youth asked us at the church the next day if we'll be the DJs forever.
(We secretly would LOVE to do it again and again and again and again.)

You should try this nail color.
I paint my nails with it every Sunday and my nails look freshly manicured for the week.

Guess what?
Our 60 day honeymoon officially ends tomorrow.
That's right.
Aaron starts work first thing in the morning!!
Remember that feeling you use to get when it was the first day of school the next day?
That's how Aaron feels right now.
I'll sure miss being together every second of every day.
I feel like tomorrow morning I'll wake up officially feeling like a wife.
I'm packing him a lunch and I've already got breakfast planned.

Good night!

They're married!

We're so happy for them!

Triplets.

The sealing, luncheon and reception were enjoyed by all.
We wished them well wishes with sparklers!

My genius parents rented a condo in St. George so we could all stay together. Who would want to stay in separate hotel rooms when we're all together? Not the Pavs.

Saturday morning, a small group of us got up early to hike Angels Landing at Zion's. Zion's was beautiful, but I got kind of nervous when I saw this sign of a falling stick figure person...

But we made it to the top and the view was so worth it!

The rest of the clan met up with us during the afternoon so we could enjoy the family friendly hikes together!

After a hot day of hiking, the only thing that could cool us off was a little family swim party...

After the wedding weekend, Aaron and I drove up to Provo to continue our vacay visiting more family and friends!

Aaron fell in love with JDawgs. He may have eaten there back to back days for lunch. We also went to the MTC and acted as Spanish investigators. Oh the MTC. Love that place.

We love visiting Utah. We'll have to plan another trip sometime soon.

In other news, we're now in our new home! Last Saturday I woke up and felt like baking cookies. I just wanted an excuse to wear this apron.

Guess what's on the agenda tomorrow night?

Youth Conference Dance.
Aaron and I are the DJs.
Par-tay.

Sad day.

If you've tried calling or texting me in the last week, I apologize for not responding.
My phone.
It's gone.

{It got run over accidentally.}
I've missed talking to all of you!!
The good news? Aaron's phone works. And, I just bought a used phone online. It's being shipped next week.

Right now I'm typing this quick note at Starbucks. (Free Wi-Fi of course.)
We moved into our new home last week and our internet will be set up next week. I can't wait to blog about our fab vacay in Utah for my little brother's wedding.

Tomorrow's our first Sunday in our new ward.
I've been asking Aaron all day what I should wear to church tomorrow.

Miss you!

East Coast Visitors!

We've officially been in Maryland for a month, and I can't believe how many people have already been out this way. We LOVE visitors so call any time you're in the area and we'll meet up!

For example:

Aaron's cousin, Chris, called Aaron last Wednesday to say he would be downtown D.C. on Thursday. {He was here with his girlfriend for a wedding!} So of course, we took the train down the the city to meet them for the day. We toured the Pentagon, had lunch with Aaron's dad, and enjoyed the afternoon at the National Museum of American History.

This exhibit is my new fave: The Price of Freedom - Americans at War.

Thursday night, we met up with two of Aaron's friends from the Academy. Nate and Matt have been out here for an internship. They headed home on Friday so it was perfect to see them before they headed back west.

When we were having dinner with Nate and Matt, Wendy texted me to see what we were doing on Friday or Saturday because she and Sandy were in D.C. for the weekend.

We made plans to meet them at the nearest metro stop and we headed to our favorite beach for the afternoon! I love Chicago reunions.

Beach day was followed by tamales at Sandy's home. Wendy also made her famous salsa. Soooo good.

You have to come out here. Please!! We'd LOVE it. So much.

In other news:
Guess what opened in Maryland last week?

Guess who has a birthday today? My mom!
{We'll all be together on Wednesday for the big wedding next weekend. Soooo excited!}

Guess what we did yesterday?
Signed a lease.
Guess what we're doing tomorrow?
Moving!

Next blog post? Pics of the new place. :)
