Baby smiles!

Months before Eli turned two, whenever anyone said anything about his birthday, he would immediately respond with, "Bike!"

"How old will you be on your birthday?"
Eli: "Bike!"

"What do you want for your birthday?"
Eli: "Bike!"

"Birthday."
Eli: "Bike"

He REALLY wanted a bike, but I didn't know how much he could really use one just yet, and I didn't want to spend the money on one when I knew a bike was something I could find at a thrift store or garage sale. Thanks to Alex's bargain skills, she found Eli his dream bike for 3 bucks. We were all happy about it!!

Three months old this kid. His smile makes us all smile! And those dimples?!?! And this cute outfit?!? I can't get enough. I smiled all day whenever I went to pick him up. I pretended like he was saying, "Hello mom!"

We played outside a lot last week.

Swimming with cousins!!! Denver is our favorite place to visit! Lincoln and Dallas had swim lessons and we tagged along to swim after they finished!

After swimming and naps, we walked to Sonic for their happy hour. Nothing says summer like this face:

I ordered pics from Social Prints of my Instagram pics and put this collage together to hang in my kitchen. I spend most of my time during the day in the kitchen and I wanted to surround myself with pictures of people I love the most.

Thursday night was our stake temple night and since I attended last month, it was Aaron's turn. We all decided to tag along and make it a family affair. We went on a temple walk while we waited for Aaron and Eli kept shouting, "HI MORONI!"

Beautiful temple flowers.

I've been looking for something to hang in our bathroom and I found this frame at Walmart clearance for $5! And the print was free from Pinterest.

Friday Aaron came home for dinner and 5 minutes later got a call to go back to work so it was one of those nights, but we didn't let it ruin our weekend! We still had fun. Saturday morning Aaron ran 12 miles while Eli and I cuddled in bed. Did I tell you Aaron's running a half marathon in two weeks?! He's pumped about it. We're pumped to cheer him on!

Saturday morning we picked up our new rug (finally!) then watched Big Hero 6, one of our new favorite movies!

After the boys and I napped while Aaron did homework, we went to the mall so Aaron could get new shoes and Eli could visit the play place. His obsession of the Thunderbirds continues.

Hope your week was a happy one!
