Eli and Austin both got lost in their new library books as I was nursing Eleanor. Both boys got haircuts and look so handsome! I love a fresh hairdo.
We went to the library and Eli found this lucky pig from the bank. It had $25 inside!! He paid his tithing, saved some and then bought a bow and arrow kit and bought Austin one too.
I made a new wheat bread recipe and it was simple and delicious.
This quote from General Conference about obedience really stood out to me as I listened to this talk while folding laundry.
I laughed when I saw Eleanor's binkie on the tip of her finger as she slept.
We met Alex and her kids at this big park in Castle Rock. We loved it!
Aaron made pizza - the crust was rice, spinach and asparagus - surprisingly tasty!
Sweet baby cakes! Sundays have always been my favorite day to dress up my little babies.
At the end of football practice for the boys, the coach ends the class with a lesson about kindness, caring, etc. The first class she talked about Respect. During football last week, the coach asked the kids what the R stood far during their first class. Eli quickly responded with "Repentance." It was so tender and hilarious at the same time. One father laughed out loud and said, "Now that's a good thing to respond with.". I told his primary teacher, Sister Banner, and she said, "I love those moments when you realize that kids are really listening."
