May has come and gone. Eleanor finished up her music class and loved it so much. She'll probably do it again next year. I enjoyed it too.
Aaron was gone for another week for his reserve duty and I found a tick in Eleanor's hair. It grossed me out so much. I was brave and removed it. I'm grateful I got it all out and she didn't get sick or anything. Lesson learned - don't forget the bug spray.
Eleanor singing in the rain.
Adelaide got to try out the park swing for the first time. She giggled and smiled. I'm grateful for a friend that snapped a picture of me at the swings.
Our neighbor invited us to daughter's birthday party. They obviously own a balloon business. It was darling.
She's so happy and content with the simple things of life. I love her so much.
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL! What a great year they had! Even though they wore a mask and watched TV during lunch time, I'm grateful they were able to be at school during the pandemic. They made great friends and came home each day to tell me about their experiences at school. I jokingly say I want to home school them, but I love seeing them figure out how to navigate this world we live in.
