Eleanor finished all her alphabet craft letters from the Preschool Box.
She loves showing that she's 5!
We surprised Austin with a birthday lunch. We snuck in McDonald's for him and he was thrilled. Aaron was able to join us too and it was a memorable time for us all.
Austin had two friends over after school for some cupcakes. His friends were so kind and brought him gifts. He requested a Pokémon cake so I made some cupcakes for him.
A friend in the ward offered to take some pictures of Austin for his baptism. He looks so sharp and ready for his baptism.
Austin's birthday was on a Fast Sunday this year so he had sugar cereal the night before. I was proud of him for fasting right when he turned 8. He got a new Lego set, fishing pole and soccer goal.
After church, we drove out to Grammy and Grampy's farm for dinner and cake.
It's such a blessing to get to celebrate birthdays together!
Since Aaron was called to be a seminary teacher, I prayed to see the blessings while he's been making sacrifices to prepare lessons and teach. One evening as Aaron was preparing a lesson, Eleanor ran to grab The Book of Mormon to read beside Aaron.
I didn't know Eleanor took this picture of me resting during the afternoon. Sometimes I just need a power nap to make it through the day.
I planned a last minute play date for the girls and they had fun playing for a few hours with their friends.
Eli had a Wax Museum for the American Revolution. He was Lafayette. I was impressed that he did the entire project by himself. We loved going to the school and seeing him in character.
Adelaide took a nap in Eleanor's bed. She looks so big in a bed and is getting close to needing a big girl bed.
My cute boys. I didn't buy their spring pictures but I always love having a copy for my journal.
