My Birthday and Christmas adventures

My friend gave Adelaide this game and we've played it daily.

My friends and Aaron showered me with love on my birthday. 41!! I planned a favorite things party and had my friends come over for brunch. On the evening of my birthday, Eli had a choir concert. We fit it cake and ice cream right before bedtime.

For my calling, I was asked to meet a reporter at Union Station for the Giving Machines. Adelaide and I decided to enjoy Union Station for the day. We enjoyed the Christmas displays! Most of the time Adelaide is my side kick for all my errands, house choirs and gym workouts. This time together was a good reminder to me of making memories together a priority.

I remember when we first moved here 5 years ago and I took Eli, Austin and Eleanor on this little train. It was Adelaide's first time and she looked to cute riding it!

Santa! Adelaide didn't want to sit too close to Santa, so she opted for a picture sitting on the bench close by.

One of our favorite Christmas traditions - seeing the lights at the park.

I minster to Princess and she invited us to her birthday lunch. It was fun to celebrate her!

Aaron has been reading Harry Potter to the girls. They have now finished the first two books. I came downstairs to this cute moment as Aaron read aloud to them.

Eli's last day of primary!! How is this even possible?! He's had the best primary teachers - including Sister Ostram who has been his teacher for years. She has been instrumental in shaping Eli's testimony. Oh how we're so grateful for dedicated primary teachers.

Adelaide had an impromptu play date and lunch with these cute boys. I've wanted to do better about planning play dates for her and this one just worked out after a park date. I love listening to little toddler conversations!
