It's always a party in Utah!

Thanks, Utah, for a great trip! This was Eli's first time visiting Utah and we packed it full with family, friends, playgroups, BBQs, 3 Easter Egg hunts, Rio 2, Good Things Utah, an indoor water park, a birthday party, a baby shower, BYU graduation, a night in the mountains and lots of lots of laughter.

GTown, Cupcakes, Flowers, Friends

My friend works at Georgetown and she agreed to meet up with Eli and me for lunch last week to give us a tour of the campus. It's gorgeous! I told Eli that maybe he'll go to school there one day.

{Of course I also told him all about getting good grades in high school which will hopefully lead to scholarships in his future!}

 

After our tour, we stopped by Georgetown Cupcake and the cupcakes are oh-so-delicious with oh-so-may options! We made a surprise stop on the way home to Aaron's work to deliver a carrot cake cupcake. :)

        

We love springtime out here! Wendy came and spent the weekend with us and it was lovely to have her visit. I kind of took a lot of pictures on purpose because I felt so happy being surrounded by my little family and Wendy and sunshine and the Botanical Gardens and cherry blossoms and Rita's and homemade bread during the weekend.

Oooh April. You've been one of my favorite months so far this year!
