There were some great days this week and then some really hard ones. I'm over Aaron being gone. He'll be back in 17 days.
We ran on the field at the Y. The boys loved it.
They also loved the window crayons I found at Target. It kept them occupied while I made dinner.
Mother Goose preschool curriculum is so adorable. Here's Eli as a chief. Austin loved our one and one time.
We delivered homemade wheat bread and salad to a lady whose husband unexpectedly passed way this week.
I love teaching these little boys preschool in our home. I'll leave their future calculus and physics homework to Aaron.
Wrestling each night is a tradition over here.
I got to cuddle my newest niece! I cried. When Eli and Austin were days old, I'm recovering from c-sections and nursing is so hard to get use to and I'm so exhausted that I don't know if I enjoyed those first few days as much as I should. Life truly is a miracle. After visiting with the lady who just lost her husband, and then cuddling my newest niece, I'm grateful for the plan of salvation knowing where we came from and what happens after we die.
Eli started a new gymnastics class this week. He's so adorable and waved at me multiple times during the class. It made my mom heart so happy.
The weather was high 60s on Friday so we played outside. We love our swing.
We're excited for Valentine's Day over here this week!! Lincoln gave the boys these Star War Valentine's with a pencil. So nice!
Friday night we visited the pet shop at the mall. The boys so want a puppy.
And more preschool learning on these fun Melissa and Doug mats I found.
Saturday night the boys went to a kids' Valentine's party so I had the evening to enjoy dinner at Panera and read my book about teaching my boys all the manners to being a true gentleman. I know they have the example from their father - I'm just reading it for fun!
Church was crazy today, but I cried when one of the speakers said his son turned 18 today and on the way to church, he looked over at him wondered how he turned 18 so quickly. He said that he remembers church being crazy with little ones but to enjoy it because time really does go so quickly. I cried! I love my little boys so little.
