Austin brought this home from church last week - "Forgiving Makes Us Happy." I was impressed with this happy faces. I take pictures of these cute handouts and then throw them away, not because I don't love them, but because I have a picture for the memory. :)
Whenever I go to the gym, I'm constantly watching Eleanor to make sure she's okay. She loves it and has done great, but I just want to make sure she's happy!
On Wednesday, Austin wrapped up his time at preschool. He had another successful preschool session! He's learning and growing so much.
We've all had a little cabin fever with this cold snowy weather. It warmed up a bit earlier in the week so we played outside and went on a walk and it was just what our souls needed.
Eli has started writing his name and the family's names on the side of our dirty car. At least he's practicing his letters, right?!
On Friday evening, we went to an event at Eli's school - Lost in Space. The boys got to see a presentation from a real astronaut. It was awesome!
I love this wall in Eli's school. So patriotic!
Other highlights of the space evening: Eli used these gloves and completed a circuit. Both boys made rockets out of paper and straws.
And here is Ms. Eleanor's favorite position these days. She makes us all smile with her tricks! It's fun seeing her get so excited about the little things.
It's freezing today. I wondered if church would be canceled, but we were ready and excited when church was still on today. It was a spiritual sacrament meeting - I slacked on my personal scripture study this week and one of the testimonies was a reminder that Heavenly Father wants to help us, but we have to be willing to make the effort in giving 100%. My goal this week is to study the scriptures each day and be better prepared spiritually for the day.
