I have a million memories to share this week!
I finally bought a sewing machine and wanted a project so I sewed Eleanor this blanket for her baby.
Aaron arrived with beautiful flowers in celebration for our 8th wedding anniversary. I love thinking about all that we've accomplished in 8 years. Aaron truly makes me a better person and I love him for it.
A friend in the ward was getting rid of some baby clothes and I asked if I could have this little sweater. It's so adorable!
We went to a drive by baby shower and the kids were obsessed with these balloons they were given to wave out the window as we drove by the baby shower. Eleanor danced around with her balloon and we even took it on a walk with us.
Here we are admiring the flowers in the neighborhood. I'm letting the boys ride their bikes around the block alone and they feel so grown up.
Eli and Austin were intrigued with the space launch. The first attempt was canceled due to the weather.
Last summer we had a themed day for our own summer camp so the boys asked if we could do Lego camp again. They were excited to spend so much time building these lego sets again and again.
Mary Beth came to visit and we were excited to see her!! She showed up with cute aprons for the kids. Mary Beth is a photographer and even the pictures she takes on her phone look amazing.
We went to the Aquarium for the first time and we all loved it!!
We also spent time out at Grandma and Grandpa's property.
We watched the space launch from my phone in the car and we cheered when it went into space!!
These are the pictures from my phone. Mary Beth gave Eleanor the cutest braids.
Of course we had BBQ, a Kansas City tradition!!
We visited Adam-ondi-ahman.
We had a nice sacrament meeting together and then Eleanor and Mary Beth made a yummy carrot cake.
We squeezed in a quick trip to the 8 witnesses memorial. We love sharing the church history sites with our family who visit.
We had scramble eggs, sausage and cake for dinner.
Thanks for coming to visit, Mary Beth!! It was a treat having her here.
