Finishing up February

Austin drew this during the Friend to Friend for the primary kids!

Adelaide turned 3 months old and when I went back to look at my other babies when they were that age, I realized how much Adelaide and Austin look like baby twins!

Eleanor was excited to take a picture with her baby sister!

The three of us have the best time at home together and miss the boys when they're gone.

Story time and then we enjoyed a lovely walk. The sunshine and warmer weather have definitely been great for my soul.

The girls both fell asleep in the car one afternoon so I drove around and listened to my audio book about teaching your kids about money. I cried at the end of the book as I thought about how quickly my kids are growing up. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with all that Aaron and I want our kids to know before they leave home - during the primary Friend to Friend, our Prophet reminded the children to remember that they are children of God. I was reminded that as we focus on teaching our kids that they are children of God, they will have the confidence to know that Heavenly Father is always there to lead and guide them.

The YW lesson this week was about repentance. I saw this little saying on instagram the other day and I love it.

Here are some snapshots of things that made me smile this week.

Eleanor loves being a ballerina and she was putting on a recital for Adelaide.

My little orchard is growing new buds!

It's been a while since we had pizza and movie night. We all snuggled on the couch and enjoyed the evening together!

Next Sunday we get to go to two hours of church! Our kids will finally be in primary and nursery! We can't even wait! No more virtual YW, EQ and RS lessons! I have enjoyed that I've been able to attend both RS and YW lessons because they've been held at different times.

Over the weekend we participated in Roots Tech, an online program about family history work. I'm so grateful for the roots I come from and pray so much that Eli, Austin, Eleanor and Adelaide will know the love and sacrifice their ancestors have done for them.
