Thursday we woke up early and arrived at Hollywood Studios an hour before it opened. The early arrival allowed us to get on the popular Star Wars Ride - Rise of the Resistance. I don't even know that much about Star Wars, but the ride was awesome, even after waiting in line for an hour and a half. After we rode it, my parents were able to walk right on because of rider switch - they had been with our girls while we rode it so Disney gave them a pass to avoid the line.
My parents loved it too!
Eleanor was tall enough to ride Slinky Dog Dash. Lucky girl got to ride it twice.
She loved it! We all did!
Next came the Frozen Ever After Sing-a-long and we sang our hearts out.
While Aaron and my dad took the boys on a ride, the girls visited Minnie Mouse and Olaf.
Of course we had ice cream treats!
This was fun to spot in the sky - I assume a Christian pilot who was putting phrases in the sky about loving God and Jesus.
Eleanor loved meeting so many famous Disney stars.
We even got to go to a dance party!
Dinner break!
Cars show!
We wore my parents out. :)
Masks were required on the rides. A week after we left, Disney dropped the mask requirement on rides. Oh well. Just another reason to go back soon! ;)
Even though we didn't stay at a hotel on the Disney resort, our hotel was 10 minutes away, offered free breakfast and even had Disney decorations on the elevator doors.
We returned home with the same feelings as the night before - exhausted. Ready for bed. So happy!
