Aaron and I returned from Florida last Saturday night, and we wanted to be home for Adelaide's birthday! She turned 2!! We were all so excited to celebrate her and the best part was Grammy and Grampy were able to join in the fun too.
I was asked to play the piano for primary and Eleanor ran up to give me a big hug. She was the only sunbeam in church that day and looked so cute sitting with her teachers. She's had the best sunbeam teachers this year. Mackenzie is one of our favorite babysitters!
Grandma Donna sent Adelaide a cute paper dollar as well as money to pick out a treat.
We had fun decorating Adelaide's birthday cake after church!
She kept asking for a sprinkle cake! She had seen a picture of Eleanor's cake when she turned 2 and wanted the same thing.
Adelaide makes us laugh! When someone hears her speak in the clearest little voice and in full sentences, they ask how old she is. She sings all the ABCs and loves playing with play dough. She pretends like she's going to school and wants to give everyone a hug before they leave for the day.
We're so grateful Adelaide is in our family and she makes our home feel complete!
