Christmas Eve, Christmas 2022

We celebrated Christmas Eve with friends for lunch and then spent the evening together as a family. We ate puppy chow around the fireplace and then sang songs together. Adelaide fell asleep while we sang songs. It was the sweetest memory for me as a mom - singing around the piano with my little family!

Aaron read books and then we took turns reading from Luke 2.

Christmas morning was magical for us all!

It was the one Sunday all year I was grateful for afternoon church. We opened presents, ate brunch and got ready for church! I was grateful to sing with the choir about the birth of Jesus Christ.

I'm grateful for the happiness we feel because we know the true meaning of Christmas and we can feel the joy of Christmas, all year long as we reflect on Jesus Christ and learn to be more like him in all we do each day.
