This doesn't fit with this post, but have you heard of Coursera? You can take online classes for free. I finished Child Nutrition and Cooking 2.0 from Stanford. It was an extremely basic class, but I enjoyed it and I found some new recipes to try. I just registered for a guitar class that's starting next month. Aaron is now busy studying for his grad school classes in the evenings so I decided to start studying myself!
It's just fun saying I took a class from Stanford. ;)
