Tuesday has been such a highlight of our week as Eli has preschool!
Two weeks ago we studied the letter F so we went on a field trip to the fire station.
The best part was when the fireman asked the little preschoolers what they should do if they're on fire and Eli said, "Stop, Drop and Roll." They were impressed.
I even learned so much - like reminding my kids that fireman dressed up in their uniforms and masks may look scary, but in a fire, they will save everyone so don't run and hide if you see them. Also, if you're ever in a fire, and can't get out of the house, go to the closest window. Fireman always look for people at the windows.
Eli loved sitting in the driver's seat of the firetruck.
We're taking a break from preschool for the next couple of months because of the busy holiday season. When I sent an e-mail to friends from church several months ago, I wasn't sure if I was being too ambitious to start Eli in preschool, but he loved it. We're excited to start again in January.
Each kid got a sticker and a coloring book. So nice!
If you look closely, you'll see a fly that Eli smashed with the fly swatter. I laughed so hard!
