A week after vacation means lots of laundry and grocery shopping and cleaning and unpacking plus Austin had his 4 month check up! 4 months!!
We toured Patsy's Candy Shop on a rainy Wednesday. Eli in the hair net? My favorite part. Eli's favorite part was all the candy samples. We left on a super high, right before lunch. Perfect timing, I know!
My 16 lb baby hanging out in the bumbo like he owns the place! And Aaron surprised me with wild flowers that he picked on his way home from work. Yes, I love flowers, but I love even more when his thoughtful, creative gifts are free. ;)
One day it hailed and Eli begged Aaron to collect him some in a cup. He pretended it was dip-and-dots. Ha! And the next day it was hot and sunny and Eli played with this little water table I found on an online garage sale for 10 bucks!
Friday night we had an impromptu date with our friends/neighbors to the arcades in Manitou. We've been talking about a double date since we moved in 7 months ago and when Corri asked us if we wanted to go out that evening, we found a babysitter and enjoyed a great night out!
Aaron winning his first game. Perfect timing for my pic, right?! He didn't know I was taking it!
This was our favorite game - the horse racing! We had a blast and are already planning our next outing with 10 people so we can win a cup. (If 10 people are participating in the race, a cup is given to the winner. Otherwise, you get tickets to trade in for prizers later.)
Winning a cup was a big deal! :)
We spent all our tickets on candy so pretty much these candy bracelets costs about $10/piece. Outrageous. Yes. Worth it. Of course.
Eli asked for strawberries for breakfast and I laughed how he took a small bite out of each one!
Aaron spent Saturday translating some documents into Thai so the boys and I hung out.
Saturday = 7/11 which meant FREE SLURPEE!
After a slurpee run, we headed to the park. Austin was happy about it!
Eli was happy about the train we saw while at the park and here he is waving at it and shouting, "HI TRAIN!"
I so remember pushing Eli in the swing like this and now here's Austin acting like a grown boy!
Two brothers. Both in John Deere shirts loving the swings!
Summer, you've been a great one!

I love that Mila just enjoyed the swing too! XOXO
I love the last picture of Austin looking at Eli. Karlie looks at Khloe all day every day that same way! And Austin looks so grown up!
I can't believe how big your boys are getting, Amanda! Too cute! Miss you! Hope all is well.
