I only have two photos from today. The first one is the enormous paper jet the teachers at the Y made for Eli today in the child watch. They're so kind to him and Austin. I ran 3 miles outside. The weather was beautiful, sunny and warmer than yesterday.
Our home teacher dropped off this Ginger Beer he found for Aaron. I don't even like Ginger Beer so I'm not even tempted to drink it all before Aaron gets home.
We spent all afternoon and evening at home relaxing and preparing for the Sabbath tomorrow. There were a few moments today when I said out loud, "I'm so ready for this deployment to be over." In Eli's prayers tonight he said, "Please bless my mom and dad that they can feel of my love for them." (It's cute because during our family prayer I always include, "Please bless Aaron that he can feel of our love for him." Turns out Eli may be listening during family prayer!) And Austin gave me the sweetest kiss before I put him to bed. Those two moments made all the hard times of today vanish.
