Austin wrote the nicest letter to Aaron for Veteran's Day.
We got to spend the weekend with the Raverts before they drove up to Duane and LeeAnn's for Thanksgiving and before we drove to Colorado. We love having family visit! These cousins had a wonderful time together and laughed their heads off before bedtime each night. They joined us for church too!
Adelaide made this cute turkey in nursery with things she's grateful for.
The day before Adelaide's birthday, we had a little birthday celebration since her cousins were here!
Eleanor had a dentist appointment - no cavities! We enjoyed a lunch date together before sending her back to kindergarten!
Eleanor had a little playdate with her friend Jack. He is in her primary class and school class. It's such a blessing for our kids to have friends like this in their school class.
Before the school year started, I felt like I needed to pick up my kids from school each day. While the bus would be more convenient for me, I've loved driving over to pick up the kids. We get more time together after school since the bus is about 20 minutes later. I get to see them with their friends walking up the hill from school. Coco is in our ward too and she's been such a great friend to Eleanor.
We stopped in and had lunch with Austin. He invited his friend over to the table too. It's a highlight of my day when I get to see the kids during the school day.
Aaron came with me to my Barre exercise class. Adelaide was excited to see dad at the gym when she wasn't expecting him there during the day.
The boys got invited to hang out with some friends from the ward who go to their school. Again, I'm so thankful they have great friends who live the gospel.
